Are you passionate about educating and inspiring young people in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment? We're looking for dynamic and motivated coaches to join our growing team at A4S.

As a Youth Coach, you will mentor young people through a variety of practical activities and life skills, helping them to learn, grow, and reach their full potential. You will be responsible for developing lesson plans and delivering engaging, hands-on sessions that support personal development and re-engagement with education.

We're especially interested in candidates who can offer skills in areas such as:

• Angling

• Carpentry

• Estate maintenance

• Catering

• Fitness

• Art and design
