Meeting the needs of today’s world requires bold thinking, diverse perspectives, and a willingness to innovate Progressability.org was founded out of a desire to inspire, uplift, and support young people through meaningful, personalised opportunities that help them thrive.

OUR TRUSTEES

Our trustees are deeply passionate about the mission of Progressability.org and are committed to transforming the lives of disadvantaged young people. They play a vital role in ensuring that our charity delivers safe, high-quality activities that align with our core objectives and values.

Accountable for both the welfare of the young people we support and the development of our staff and volunteers, the trustees meet regularly to provide strategic oversight and guidance. Working closely with our team, they help shape A4S and Positive Steps as a sustainable and impactful service for the local community.

Individually, each trustee brings hands-on experience working with young people, as well as valuable expertise from the education, health, and financial sectors, enriching the leadership and direction of the organisation.
