ABOUT US

Here at A4S we see the value in everyone. We want to be a catalyst for positive change, and since our beginnings we've been driven by the same ideas we initially founded our Non-Profit Organisation upon: Engage, Encourage, Educate.

Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. A4s emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support young people.

OUR TRUSTEES

Our trustees are passionate about the work of our charity, helping to change the lives of disadvantaged young people. Accountable for delivering safe and high quality activities to young people in line with the objectives of the charity and for the welfare and development of all staff and volunteers working for it. They meet regularly as trustees and work closely with staff, providing clear direction to our charity as a sustainable service for the local community. As individuals, the trustees have all been involved in working directly with young people and bring a wealth of experience from the education, health and financial sectors.

On top of this, we challenge ourselves to think creatively, applying an innovative approach to all that we do. This mission drives the continued success of A4S.
