Where A4S Angling differs from traditional angling is that we are NOT about angling for angling's sake. We are not (necessarily) looking for world class anglers as coaches and we are not (necessarily) looking to create world class anglers out of our students.

The overriding aim of the Charity is to facilitate personal development in each individual who participates in the A4S courses and in each member of staff who works for the Charity.  Our goal is to find and open up possibilities that will allow individuals to turn their potential into success sometime in the future.

There are many different reasons why students participate in the A4S courses and there are many different progression routes during and after the course. We are looking for staff to work for the charity who understand the above qualities and if necessary are willing to undertake relevant training.
